We offer free tracked shipping worldwide. However, due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often inevitable and all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only. Specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, GoBuyBeauty.com will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over, or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight, including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
Please note that international orders cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes.
If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and ask you whether you would prefer to be refunded for those items or those items held and sent to you once back in stock.
Customs and import charges for international orders
Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs charges. Returns & Refunds Policy
- Returns:
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
