Before sending anything back, please contact our customer support team to receive return authorization and return instructions.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, undamaged, unused, and in good condition, unless the return is related to a defect, damage, or fulfillment error.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care, skincare, foot care, nail care, disposable, or hygiene products may not be eligible for return.
