Ordering

Purchases made through the website may require customers to create a personal account. When creating an account or placing an order, please enter your correct shipping address, email address, and phone number.

To place an order, choose the products you would like to purchase, select the required size, quantity, variation, or other available product option, and add the item to your cart. Once you finish selecting products, open your shopping cart to review the items, update quantities if needed, and check the total order amount.

After reviewing your cart and confirming your shipping details, select your preferred payment method and complete the checkout process. Once your order is placed, a confirmation email with your order details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please check all relevant email folders, including Inbox, Spam, Updates, and other filtered folders.

Payment

GoBuyBeauty accepts payments by the following credit cards with no processing fees: American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.

Payments through PayPal and Apple Pay are also accepted.

If you are unable to complete your payment, please check with your credit card provider to make sure online transactions are enabled for your card.

All payments made through this website are protected by an SSL certificate.

Order Processing

Before an order is shipped, GoBuyBeauty reviews the order details and verifies the shipping information.

We check the selected products, quantities, product options, and delivery details before handing the order over to the shipping courier.

We want customers to receive the exact items they selected. However, if an ordered product is unavailable, or if there is an issue with the order details, we may contact you by email, WhatsApp, or phone to clarify the order and offer alternative options when needed.

Once the order has been reviewed, approved, and no further clarification is required, it will be dispatched through the selected shipping courier. Tracking information will be provided once available.

Please check your email folders, including Inbox, Spam, and Social, during the first 1–3 business days after purchase to make sure you receive your tracking number.

Shipment & Delivery

GoBuyBeauty ships orders using standard and express delivery services.

Standard shipping may be handled by International Israel Post. Express shipping may be handled by DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

Please review the following shipment and delivery terms:

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address, email address, and contact phone number.
  • If an order needs to be reshipped because an incorrect address was provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost.
  • GoBuyBeauty has no control over postal services in the destination country.
  • Any applicable customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to understand customs taxes and import regulations in the destination country.

Returns & Exchanges

GoBuyBeauty will provide full instructions on where to send products that are being returned or exchanged.

Products are eligible for return or exchange only if they are in their original packaging, undamaged, and in good condition.

Returned products must be shipped back within 60 days of receipt.

Exchanges may require up to ten business days to process after we receive the tracking number for the returned items.
