At GoBuyBeauty, customer satisfaction is always one of our top priorities.

Our team carefully checks orders before dispatch to help ensure that you receive the correct products, quantities, and selected options. We also ask customers to review their order carefully before completing checkout, including product size, quantity, color, variation, and product description where applicable.

If you are not satisfied with the items you received, you may request a return, exchange, or refund in accordance with the return policy below.

60-Day Return Policy

Customers may contact us to request a return, exchange, or refund within 60 days of receiving the item.

Return or exchange requests should include the reason for the request. Common reasons may include:

  • The wrong item was received
  • The wrong size or variation was received
  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • The order was incomplete
  • The customer would like to exchange an eligible item

If the return is required because of an error on our side, such as an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, GoBuyBeauty will cover the return or exchange shipping costs.

Return Conditions

All returned or exchanged products must be sent back in the same condition as received and in their original packaging.

Products must be unused, unopened where applicable, and suitable for resale unless the return is due to damage, defect, or fulfillment error.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used. This may include personal care products, cosmetics, skin care products, foot care products, nail care products, disposable items, hygiene products, and tools that have been used.

Return Authorization

All returns must be approved before being sent back. Please contact us before returning any item. Returns that are sent without prior authorization may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

When contacting us, please include your order number and a short explanation of the issue so our support team can assist you more efficiently.

Unclaimed, Refused, or Undeliverable Packages

Orders that are unclaimed, refused at delivery, or returned to us as undeliverable may be subject to the original shipping charges and return shipping costs.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests reshipment.

Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect the product and notify you by email once your return has been reviewed.

After the return is approved, refunds are generally processed within 1–4 business days.

Depending on the original payment method, the refund may appear as follows:

  • PayPal payments: usually refunded within up to 48 hours after confirmation
  • Credit card payments: usually refunded within 7–14 business days after confirmation

Please note that processing time may also depend on your bank, payment provider, or card issuer.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible item, please contact us with your order number and the item you would like to exchange.

Exchange availability depends on current stock. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or another available option.
