RUCK® Abrasive Conical Grinding Caps Ø13 mm are intended for use in the mechanical reduction of thick, dry, and cracked skin layers, typically following scalpel or blade work. These abrasive caps are compatible with the rubber carrier, which is disinfectable up to 80°C.

Each cap supports bi-directional rotation and is intended for single use to maintain hygienic standards. Their disposable classification helps prevent cross-contamination during treatment, especially important in cases involving at-risk patients, such as individuals with diabetes.

How to use RUCK® Abrasive Conical Grinding Caps Ø13 mm

Attach to rubber holder: Secure the cap to a compatible rubber mandrel.

Set the proper speed: Operate between 8,000–11,000 RPM depending on the thickness of the treatment area.

Use on targeted areas: Apply to dry, cracked, or hyperkeratotic skin.

Dispose after use: Do not reuse. Discard following standard hygiene protocols.

Note: Can be disinfected up to 80°C before use if required.
