LIGASANO® Non-Sterile Foam Roll in Dispenser Box

LIGASANO® Non-Sterile Foam Roll is made from expanded polyurethane, providing controlled absorbency and breathable, regulated air permeability. Its structure promotes circulation and adapts gently to contours with minimal pressure.

Supplied in a practical dispenser box, the foam roll is suitable for tamponade in the nail fold as well as for covering larger areas. With a thickness of 0.3 cm, it offers effective absorption while remaining low in height. In podiatry, it can be applied for pressure relief in the sulcus, for tamponade with sharp-edged nails, painful hyperkeratoses, or corns. It is also useful as a supportive measure during nail correction, for interdigital relief in cases of crowding, maceration, or pressure-related issues, and as a dressing in the forefoot or toe area to reduce strain.
