How to use RUCK® Waterproof Occlusive Heel Dressing

Clean and dry: Wash the heel area and dry the skin completely.

Apply (optional): If using with an ointment, apply a thin layer to the affected area.

Place the dressing: Position the film dressing over the heel so it fully covers the area, then press down from the center outward to seal the edges.

Wear and replace: Leave in place as needed and replace if it loosens, becomes wet inside, or gets dirty.

Remove gently: Peel off slowly from an edge, then discard after use.
