Prepare the foot bath. Add 1 tablespoon of granules to approximately 3 liters of warm water.

Soak the feet. Bathe for a maximum of 10–15 minutes.

Limit soaking for diabetic feet. Use moderate water temperatures and limit the foot bath to a maximum of 3 minutes.
