Measure equal amounts. Take the same amount of forming material and hardener using the separate supplied spoons.

Combine the materials. Flatten the two portions, place them together, and roll them firmly between your palms.

Knead until uniform. Knead quickly 10–15 times until the material has an even color.

Shape on the foot. Form the material into a ball, place it on the required area, and mold it carefully into the desired orthosis shape.

Allow to set. Leave the orthosis in place for approximately 8–10 minutes, then remove it for final finishing.

Finish if required. Trim edges with scissors or smooth the surface with an appropriate grinding instrument before fitting.
